FixMeBot offers an option to register and sign in using Google Authorization within the browser extension.

Should this agreement be terminated for any reason, specific sections that are intended to persist will remain in force, such as "Subscription and Payments," "Limitation of Liability," "Intellectual Property," and "Your Use of FixMeBot." Any amounts owed before the termination will remain unaffected.
7. Your Use of FixMeBot
FixMeBot encompasses a comprehensive suite of generative AI services and features.
Generated Content: As a user of FixMeBot, you have the opportunity to submit inputs and receive generated outputs, and these inputs and outputs constitute your User Data. It is your responsibility to handle your User Data with care and refrain from using FixMeBot in any way that may infringe, violate, or misappropriate our rights or the rights of any third party. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of machine learning and the technology powering FixMeBot, outputs may not always be unique, and the same or similar output may be generated for multiple users.
Usage Limits: Depending on your Subscription plan, certain usage limits may apply to your usage of FixMeBot. Should you exceed the usage limit specified in your subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree that: additional usage may need to be purchased to continue accessing and using FixMeBot, and FixMeBot may take measures such as suspending or adjusting the performance of premium features. It's important to note that any purchased usage for FixMeBot is linked to your Subscription plan, and account termination will render any remaining purchased usage invalid.
Usage Restrictions: There are specific restrictions regarding the use of FixMeBot. You are strictly prohibited from using FixMeBot:

8. Discontinuation and Modification of Products
As part of our commitment to ongoing enhancement and innovation, we continuously refine and improve our Products, which may entail adding or removing features or functionality. If, at any point, we decide to discontinue our Product, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable advance notice, whenever feasible.
9. Intellectual Property
Our product is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our products, trademarks, logos, and other brand features. While we value feedback, you agree that we can utilize that feedback without any limitations or obligation to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMeBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixMeBot, its affiliates, and its and their suppliers and distributors (collectively, "FixMeBot Entities") explicitly disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding our products. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, or arising from a course of dealing, law, usage, or trade practice. Additionally, the FixMeBot Entities disclaim warranties regarding security, quiet enjoyment, reliability, timeliness, and performance. You acknowledge that your use of our products is at your own sole risk, and our products are provided on an "as is," "where is," "as available," "with all faults" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the FixMeBot Entities do not guarantee that the operation of our products will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted or error-free. FixMeBot Entities' suppliers, licensors, and distributors are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING GENERATED OUTPUTS
The FixMeBot Entities do not make any warranty regarding the outputs that may be generated from the use of FixMeBot's generative AI services, including with respect to the factual accuracy of any outputs or their suitability for your specific use case. You understand and agree that your use of any FixMeBot generated outputs is done at your sole risk. Due to the current nature of generative technology, you should not solely rely on FixMeBot generated outputs as a single source of factual information. No information or advice, whether oral or written, obtained from FixMeBot or through its generated outputs, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Prior to initiating any formal claim against FixMeBot, you are required to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team at contact@fixmebot.com. We believe in resolving issues amicably and, to this end, we will also strive to address the dispute informally by reaching out to you via email.
14. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
If you don’t agree to our Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using our Services.

4. Your Account

FixMeBot offers an option to register and sign in using Google Authorization within the browser extension.
5. Subscription and Payments
- Billing: To access FixMeBot's premium features, you can subscribe to one of our paid Subscription plans. Once you subscribe, we will automatically bill you from the date of your first subscription and on each periodic renewal until you cancel. All prices include taxes. However, some countries may have mandatory local laws concerning your cancellation rights, and this paragraph does not override such laws.
- Managing your subscription: At any time, you can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your FixMeBot paid Subscription. To do so, simply send the /subscription command directly in the chat with the Bot and select your desired action. If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, it's important to note that upon deactivating your active Subscription, no refunds will be provided, and the new Subscription will be activated. The billing period will also be renewed based on the date of resubscribing. If you cancel your active Subscription before the next billing date, no refunds will be provided.
- Refunds: Refunds may be issued if something went wrong during the payment process and as required by law.
- Subscription suspension: Your paid Subscription will remain active until canceled or terminated as outlined in these terms. Failure to make timely payments for your paid Subscription may result in suspension or reduced access to our free services.
- Free trials: FixMeBot offers a free trial limited to 5 000 characters in browser extension and 5 000 characters on Telegram. Once you reach the limits, choosing one of our paid Subscription plans is necessary to continue using FixMeBot. Typically, we provide only one free trial per user.
- Changes: While we may adjust the fees, we will provide advance notice before such changes take effect. Any changes in prices will be applicable to your next billing cycle.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use our Services with or without notice if you violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or use our products in a manner that poses a genuine risk of harm or loss to other FixMeBot users or us, if such actions could lead to legal liability for us or impede our ability to offer our products to other users, or if the law prevents us from providing prior notice.

- In any manner that violates these terms, the FixMeBot usage guidelines, or our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to providing a seamless user experience while upholding ethical and responsible usage of our AI-powered services.
8. Discontinuation and Modification of Products
